Features: The book consists of 10 chapters, introducing 45 common flap transfer surgical techniques; 24 muscle and musculocutaneous flap transfer surgical techniques; 112 applied anatomical images; 16 images of bone and periosteal blood supply, with a total of 326 color images. The focus of each chapter is primarily on the applied anatomical images of human skin and musculocutaneous flaps, as well as the images of the vascular pedicle flap transfer surgical incision process. However, due to the significant individual differences in the location, shape, and size of the wound sites among patients, this atlas does not describe the process of flap trimming and suture on the recipient wound. Each color image captured in the book is vivid in color, soft in texture, and resembles fresh anatomical specimens, clearly exposing the superficial and deep cutaneous arteries, veins, nerves, subcutaneous superficial fascia, deep fascia, and the natural state of muscles and vascular nerve pedicles in the surgical field. Before each surgical technique, 1-3 color images of the donor flap's applied anatomy are designed to demonstrate the range and adjacent relationship of the nutritional blood vessels and nerve distribution of the flap. The main structures encountered in each layer of the surgical field are presented as perfectly as possible to the surgical physician, using a combination of text and images to introduce the maximum flap and musculocutaneous flap harvesting range, the length of the vascular pedicle, the diameter of the vascular pedicle, and the occurrence rate of the vascular pedicle. The images of each surgical approach will greatly benefit the surgeon if reviewed slightly before the operation.
