Features: Computer architectural rendering is a computer visualization technology. Visualization technology is not a new concept; when we are developing design ideas, we often rely on hand-drawn sketches, models, and other methods to express a concept, idea, or design, allowing us to see the visual effects of buildings that have not yet been constructed. Through visualization, we continuously refine our design works. However, traditional visualization methods have many limitations. They are heavily influenced by human factors and cannot accurately reproduce realistic effects. Computer visualization technology has brought revolutionary tools for visualization. With it, we can create photorealistic rendering effects; using architectural animation, we can dynamically observe the future-built structures; leveraging computer visualization technology, we can conduct more comparative studies and multi-angle evaluations; and through this technology, architects can more accurately and conveniently convey their design intentions to clients for approval. Without a doubt, mastering this technology will greatly benefit the improvement of architectural design. This book systematically introduces three key aspects commonly used in creating architectural computer renderings: AutoCAD 3D modeling, 3DS MAX modeling, materials, rendering, and Photoshop image processing. From basic concepts of graphics and images to specific application techniques, the book focuses entirely on the creation of architectural computer renderings rather than the use of individual software, making it easy for beginners to grasp. This book is suitable for beginners in architectural computer rendering and can serve as a textbook or reference for students in architecture, urban planning, and interior design at the college or university level.
