In discussing each issue, it strives to connect different aspects and perspectives with the problems of ethnic minority areas and the analysis of ethnic minority issues, highlighting the interrelationship between the development of the western region and ethnic minority issues. Moreover, it consistently emphasizes the spirit of the 16th National Congress and the 3rd Plenary Session as the guiding principle, analyzing and addressing related issues.
