Features: When selecting pieces from The Classic Piano Repertoire, the musical characteristics are the primary factors we consider, as they are the key focus for students' learning. When choosing musical works, it is important to pay attention to their inner meaning, which allows students to quickly grasp the features, emotions, and personalities of each piece. Some works are widely recognized, while others may be less frequently heard, but through performance, they can also earn the appreciation of teachers. The selected musical works in these collections can be used as repertoire for solo and group competitions. All pieces in this book are based on the earliest available editions and include fingerings. Teachers and students can make appropriate modifications to the fingerings based on the performer's. In some cases, primarily in Baroque works, we have included performance indications and a few dynamic markings. Regarding the use of the pedal, it should be handled with caution. Due to acoustic considerations, the effect of using the pedal varies on each piano and in every hall, so we generally do not arbitrarily add pedal markings.
