Features: The "Measures for the Preparation of Preliminary (Estimate) Budgets for Electronic Engineering Construction Projects and Pricing Basis" and the "Budget Quotas for Electronic Engineering Construction Projects" were simultaneously approved and published by Document Xindu Guan [2005] No. 36, and shall come into effect on April 1, 2005. The original "Measures for the Preparation of Preliminary and Budgets for Electronic Engineering Construction Projects and Quotas for Costs of Electronic Equipment Installation Engineering" issued by Document Xindu Guan No. 827 in 1999 shall be simultaneously terminated. This measure applies to the preparation and management of project cost for new construction, expansion, and renovation (including technological transformation projects). It serves as the basis for the preparation of tenders and management of project costs by construction, design, construction, supervision, consulting, and audit units.
