Features: The "National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination Preparation Guide" (hereinafter referred to as "The Guide") is a premium study material launched by the Training Center for Cost Engineers of Tianjin University of Technology (TCCCE) in 2001. It has gone through four editions (2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004) and has accompanied industry professionals taking the National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination for four examination seasons. Over the past four years, "The Guide" has been widely recognized by candidates. In 2005, based on the 2004 edition of "The Guide," we split the combined volume of all examination subjects into five separate volumes: "Basic Theory and Related Regulations of Construction Cost Management," "Construction Cost Estimation and Control," "Construction Technology and Measurement (Installation Engineering)," "Construction Technology and Measurement (Civil Engineering)," and "Construction Cost Case Analysis," allowing candidates to choose independently according to the subjects they are taking. Additionally, in response to newly issued relevant documents and guidelines, the 2005 edition of "The Guide" has been enriched in both content and volume:
- The review introduction for each subject highlights the overall trends and question-setting directions of the course.
- Experienced training teachers provide targeted comments on the requirements of each chapter as outlined in the examination syllabus.
- The knowledge structure outlines the clear framework of the entire chapter, helping candidates understand the position and role of each knowledge point within the chapter system, forming a well-organized review outline.
- The integrated knowledge points consolidate and integrate scattered knowledge points from the textbook, allowing candidates to grasp the interconnected knowledge system at a glance and fully adapt to the evolving examination trends.
- The difficult problem analysis section provides detailed explanations for hundreds of representative multi-point difficult questions, teaching candidates correct problem-solving approaches and standardized steps.
- The exercise compilation section includes over a thousand questions covering all knowledge points, facilitating chapter-by-chapter review and practice to identify and fill gaps.
- The case analysis section increases the number of cases from 48 in the 2004 edition to 78 (with an average of 13 cases per chapter), fully demonstrating the multi-module combination question types unique to the case analysis subject and meeting candidates' preparation needs.
- Three sets of mock self-assessment questions are provided at the end of each subject, suitable for candidates to comprehensively review and prepare for the exam.
