Features: Zhu Xinghua was born on December 15, 1958, in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. In February 1975, after graduating from high school, he went to the Dashuo Village of Nan Chen Tun People's Commune in Cangzhou City to work as a laborer. In February 1978, he enrolled in the Chinese Painting program at the Fine Arts Department of Hebei Normal University, where he studied for four years. In February 1982, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in literature and began teaching at the university, where he has remained ever since. From September 1989 to November 1990, he studied at the third session of the Advanced Training Class of the Chinese Painting Research Institute in Beijing, receiving guidance from renowned masters such as Ye Qianyu, He Haixia, Liu Lingcang, Pan Zichen, and Bai Xueshi. In July 1993, he obtained the qualification of associate professor, and in July 1996, he was promoted to full professor. Currently, he serves as a professor and vice dean at the Chinese Painting Department of the Fine Arts College, Hebei Normal University. He is also a member of the China Artists Association, vice president of the Character Painting Research Society of the Hebei Artists Association, a key teacher in higher education institutions in Hebei Province, a key teacher at Hebei Normal University, and vice president of the Hebei Province Art Education Research Association.
