Features: Zabing Lun (Treatise on Miscellaneous Diseases) is the section on miscellaneous diseases from Zhang Ji's Shanghan Zabing Lun, which has been highly valued by generations of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. Jin Gui Yao Jian Lue (A Brief Guide to the Golden Cabinet) was compiled by later scholars and only includes a portion of it; there was no formal title Zabing Lun before this. This book uses the Zabing Lun section from the ancient Guilin edition of Shanghan Zabing Lun as the base text, supplemented by other works. It is divided into seven volumes: Volume I is Pingmai Fa (Methods of Determining the Pulse), Volume II is Pingmai Fa (Part II) and Zabing Lie (Cases of Miscellaneous Diseases), Volume III is Bian Xuebi Xuelao Bingmai Zhengzheng Bingzhì (Distinguishing the Pulse and Treatment of Blood Paralysis and Consumptive Diseases) and Bian Keshou Bingmai Zhengzheng Bingzhì (Distinguishing the Pulse and Treatment of Coughing Diseases), Volume IV is Bian Yinbing Zhengzheng Bingzhì (Distinguishing the Pulse and Treatment of Fluid Retention Diseases) and Bian Xue Chuangyong Bingmai Zhengzheng Bingzhì (Distinguishing the Pulse and Treatment of Blood Stasis and Sores), Volume VI is Bian Nü Ren Ge Bing Pulse and Treatment (Distinguishing the Pulse and Treatment of Various Women's Diseases), and Volume VII is Bian Nao Bingmaizhengzhengbingzhì (Distinguishing the Pulse and Treatment of Malaria Diseases) and Bian Baihe Huxie Yangyintu Bingmaizhengzhengbingzhì (Distinguishing the Pulse and Treatment of Lily and Fox-Fang Poison and Yin-Yang Toxicity Diseases). From Volume III to Volume VII, each article is followed by a summary and annotated line by line, with some supplemented by comments. The content of this book is rich and detailed, gathering the essence of ancient and modern knowledge into one volume. It has high academic value and is a significant contribution to the promotion of the theory of Zujing (promoting the scene), making it an excellent version for studying miscellaneous diseases.
