Features: Since May 2001, our press pioneered the "Laws and Their Related Regulations" series, which has been widely loved by readers. Industry professionals have called the publication of this series a "blue storm" in legal books. The series has now expanded to around 150 titles since its release. While meeting the diverse needs of readers, it has also posed some challenges in quick reference. Adhering to the principle of "people-oriented and enthusiastic service to readers," we have introduced the "Portable Edition of Common Laws and Their Related Regulations" series while maintaining the original series. This new series includes commonly used laws with over 200,000 copies in circulation. In addition to inheriting the features and practices of the "Laws and Their Related Regulations" series—such as comprehensive content, convenience of use, affordability, timely revisions, spine titles, and unified numbering—we have made the following efforts:
1. Adopting a portable format
2. Reducing font size, supplementing content, and increasing volume
3. Dividing each book into two parts: "Main Law" and "Related Regulations," with annotations on the main purpose of each article in the main laws
4. Including the main articles of the main laws in the table of contents
5. Setting a uniform price of 10 yuan.
