Features: Birds are flying animals, and their body shape and structure are adapted for flight. For example: Their body is spindle-shaped—streamlined, reducing air resistance during flight; Their entire body is covered with feathers, which are smooth and warm; Their upper limbs are a pair of wings, which are important organs for flying; The tail acts as a rudder, controlling various attitudes and speeds during flight; Their entire skeletal structure is suited for flight, such as the keel bone, which is thin and has hollow spaces inside, making the skeleton lightweight; Their chest muscles are particularly, serving as the main power source for flight.
All birds, regardless of angle, cannot deviate from an oval shape. Therefore, when drawing birds, as long as you grasp the characteristics of the oval shape's perspective changes, and then "install" the other parts—head, neck, wings, tail, and feet—onto this oval shape from different angles, the bird can be drawn in its basic form. The dynamics of birds are diverse, but the key lies in the changes of the head and tail, while the feet only serve to maintain balance. Using this method, various poses can be depicted.
