Features: The 2005 Enterprise Performance Evaluation Standard Values were formulated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council based on fundamental data such as the financial conditions and operational results of national state-owned enterprises. They were developed through objective analysis and judgment of the operational status of state-owned economies across various industries in 2004, referencing the 2004 Industrial and Commercial Enterprises Monthly Report data from the National Bureau of Statistics and other relevant economic materials, and employing mathematical statistical methods. During the specific formulation process, basic sample data for state-owned enterprises across different industries and scales were screened, with a few unreasonable samples excluded. Based on test results, some sample values were adjusted. The industry classification for this year's Enterprise Performance Evaluation Standard Values primarily follows the Basic Classification of Enterprise Performance Evaluation Industries, with minor adjustments made to the subcategories and categories of some industries (see Appendix Three). Additionally, to meet the needs of evaluation work, standard values were formulated for industries such as scientific research, foreign trade, expressways, investment companies, large-scale tourism, and local railways. The large-scale tourism category includes industries such as travel agencies, scenic spots, and hotels. This year's Enterprise Performance Evaluation Standard Values encompass a total of 154 industries. This set of standard values is divided into two volumes and is primarily intended for reference by domestic entities in conducting enterprise performance evaluations and economic and financial analyses. It is not permitted to take it out of the country.
