Features: To meet the needs of Chinese readers for learning Korean spoken language, we have invited Professor Jin Xian of the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, College of Humanities, Donghua University of Korea, with a Ph.D. in Literature, and Teacher Park Zhongjin of the Foreign Languages Department, Beijing Second Foreign Languages University, to co-author Modern Korean Conversation. This book is divided into 20 lessons. Except for the 3 lessons on phonetics, the remaining 17 lessons are based on scenarios covering various aspects of daily life. The language is authentic and practical, with Korean and Chinese parallel texts. After each topic, there are pattern drills and a vocabulary list, and the basic grammar provides concise explanations of the grammatical phenomena within the texts. The book is accompanied by an audio cassette. Therefore, this book can serve as a self-study textbook for Korean spoken language for both beginners and readers with some knowledge of Korean.
