It also appropriately introduces Western medical treatments to meet the needs of clinicians. The Clinical Part also strives to adopt advanced standards in syndrome specification and efficacy evaluation criteria. The Appendix, based on the needs of clinicians, includes commonly used formulas, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, diagnostic techniques, and normal reference values for laboratory tests in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases.
