Features: This standard was developed in response to the new situation following China's entry into the WTO and the reform of the national standardization system. The preparation work for the "Construction Engineering Construction Technology Standard" was initiated in early 2002, as required by the "Fifteenth Science and Technology Development Plan of China State Construction Engineering Corporation No. 8." The "Construction Engineering Construction Technology Standard" is divided into four volumes.

Volume 3: Building Water Supply and Drainage and Heating Engineering Construction Technology Standard, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering Construction Technology Standard, Building Electrical Engineering Construction Technology Standard, Intelligent Building Engineering Construction Technology Standard.
Volume 4: Steel Structure Engineering Construction Technology Standard, Elevator Engineering Construction Technology Standard, Construction Organization Design Preparation Standard, Construction Technology Disclosure Preparation and Management Standard, Construction Site Scaffolding Safety Technology Standard, Construction Site Common Vertical Transport Equipment Technology Standard.
