Features: This book is one of the research achievements of the National Education Science Planning "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" project. Based on the physiological and psychological needs of students at various levels (primary, middle, and high school) and the reasons leading to learning failure, the book proposes theoretical hypotheses. Through repeated experiments and validation, it summarizes and proposes specific ideas, theories, and techniques for learning English, avoiding the emptiness of pure theoretical research and the thinness of pure methods, thereby improving learners' efficiency by 39.6%. The book is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1: Thought Section, which draws on the essence of Sun Tzu's Art of War to propose the idea of successful learning in the era of knowledge explosion: "Learning is about winning, not lasting"; Chapter 2: Theory Section, which proposes new teaching and learning theories: "Dual-Main Theory," "Research-Learning Theory," "Speed-Learning Theory," and "Winning by the Unconventional Theory"; Chapter 3: Philosophical Reflections Section, which offers philosophical thoughts and solutions to long-standing, widespread, and highly impactful issues affecting learning quality; Chapter 4: Joyful Learning Section, which highlights the role of joyful learning and provides measures for it; Chapter 5: Techniques Section, which draws on the strategic wisdom of Sun Tzu's Art of War to offer specific methods and techniques for solving difficulties in English learning. Thought is the foundation of wisdom and the source of motivation. Successfully engaging in learning, much like a large group launching a revolutionary movement, must also be guided by correct thoughts and theories. The deeper and more aligned the learning thoughts and theories are with the learners' subjective needs and the current and future objective circumstances, the stronger the functional effects of their intellectual and non-intellectual factors, and the better the behavioral outcomes. Since English learning is a form of learning, when discussing macro-level learning issues, learning is used to represent English learning. Therefore, this book also holds guiding significance and practical value for the question of "how to improve the learning efficiency of subjects such as mathematics, physics, and chemistry."
