Features: In recent years, with the rapid development of China's construction industry, steel-concrete composite structures have been widely applied in various engineering structures. In large-span construction projects, bridge engineering, as well as high-rise and ultra-high-rise construction projects, steel-concrete composite structures have demonstrated superior characteristics compared to steel structures and reinforced concrete structures. In light of the development of steel-concrete composite structures in China, we believe it is necessary to add relevant elective courses in undergraduate and graduate teaching programs in civil engineering to help students gain a more comprehensive understanding of different structural forms and lay a solid foundation for future engineering applications. Based on these considerations, we have incorporated the strengths of several reference books and combined our teaching experience to compile this book, striving to highlight key points, clarify concepts, and provide clear calculation methods to meet teaching requirements. The preparation of this textbook complies with relevant national standards and industry standards such as the "Unified Standard for Reliability of Building Structures" GB50068—2001, the "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings" GB50011—2001, the "Code for Design of Steel Structures" GB50017—2003, and the "Code for Design of Concrete Structures" GB50010—2001.
