The tenth chapter forms Part III, attempting to analyze the development trends of modern enterprise management innovation and the direction of management modernization. It mainly introduces the content of management innovation of foreign enterprises since the 1990s, thereby pointing out the direction for the management innovation of Chinese state-owned enterprises.
