The readers are tailored to the characteristics of grassroots officers and soldiers, aiming to help them understand and master the basic policies and knowledge of ethnic and religious affairs in China. It focuses on introducing the beliefs and taboos of ethnic and religious practices in China, as well as how to implement the ethnic and religious policies of the Party and the state. In terms of content design and language expression, it takes into account the ideological realities and acceptance capabilities of grassroots officers and soldiers, striving to achieve simplicity, clarity, and readability while maintaining unity in ideological, knowledge, and readability aspects.
