Features: "Arbitration and Law" is a national legal journal sponsored by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CITAC), the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMA), and the Arbitration Research Institute of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). Since its inception, "Arbitration and Law" has promptly reported on the development trends and information of arbitration both domestically and internationally, and has published a large number of academic papers, case analyses, and articles introducing advanced international arbitration concepts, experiences, as well as relevant laws, regulations, and arbitration rules. It is an authoritative journal for the study of arbitration theory and practice in China. Currently, "Arbitration and Law" features the following columns: Arbitration Dynamics, Special Articles and Debates, Mediation Column, Maritime Arbitration, Select Cases, Special Features, and Laws and Regulations. Since 2002, "Arbitration and Law" has been published bimonthly by the Law Press, with domestic and international distribution. The annual subscription includes 6 issues, with a total price of RMB 60, and each issue is priced at RMB 10. We welcome subscriptions and contributions from arbitration institutions, arbitrators, lawyers, and all individuals interested in arbitration theory and practice.
