Features: The book consists of three parts: 1. The prerequisites for the norms of news broadcasting programs; 2. The construction of the system of news broadcasting programs; 3. The norms of news broadcasting programs. The first two parts are, in fact, indispensable prerequisites for the rational norms of programs, but they differ in significant ways. Part 1 elaborates on external prerequisites that are outside the program, including the development status of the economy, culture, and media, as well as the social communication environment and audience reception psychology formed on this basis. Although these factors do not belong to the content of program norms, they are the socio-economic and humanistic environment in which programs exist. They act like an invisible hand, constantly influencing the specific norms for various types of programs. Part 2 discusses the construction of the program system, which is itself the main connotation of macro-level program norms. It is not only an active reflection of society's demand for news broadcasting programs but also more directly restricts the specific planning, production, and broadcasting activities of various programs compared to the socio-economic and humanistic environment. In this sense, it is an extension of the basic prerequisites and the direct prerequisite for the specific norms of various programs. Part 3 then specifically explores the issues related to how to regulate various types of news programs.
