Features: The comprehensive quality of citizens is mainly composed of ideological and moral quality, scientific and cultural quality, and legal quality, among others. Generally speaking, legal quality is a comprehensive reflection of a citizen's legal awareness, legal knowledge, and legal behavior, representing the unity of their internal conceptual paradigm and external behavioral patterns. Based on the above considerations, the structure and content of this book are organized with the main thread of citizens' legal awareness and the context of China's realistic legal system as follows:
Chapter 1 elaborates on the basic principles of citizens' legal quality, including the connotation of legal quality, the relationship between legal culture and citizens' legal quality, and the social foundation for the formation of citizens' legal quality.
Chapter 2 clarifies the essence and characteristics of law, the forms and efficacy of law, the role and value of law, and the operation and implementation of law, providing an outlook on law. It also explores the basic content of China's constitutional and administrative legal systems.
Chapter 3 reviews and looks ahead to the private rights awareness of Chinese citizens and introduces the basic framework of China's civil and commercial legal system.
Chapter 4 analyzes criminal psychology, the conditions and developmental patterns of its formation, as well as China's criminal legal system.
Chapter 5 discusses the litigation legal awareness and litigation legal system of Chinese citizens.
The final chapter focuses on exploring the basic strategy of governing the country according to law, its practice, and the interactive relationship between the cultivation of citizens' legal quality and the formation of a rule-of-law society.
