Features: "The 21st Century Project Management Tutorial" is one of the books in the series, primarily designed to provide a learning resource for project managers and individuals who wish to update their existing project management knowledge. This book is based on the popularization of project management knowledge and the introduction of its knowledge system, while also introducing cutting-edge research findings in the field of project management. The tutorial is compiled by integrating the content characteristics of the two major schools of thought from Europe and North America, highlighting and focusing on the different strengths of the project management knowledge systems in Europe and North America. It systematically covers three aspects: the knowledge system, project operation processes, and certification and assessment methods. The third part provides a detailed introduction to some new ideas, technologies, and features in project management.
The Sanyang Project Management Series is primarily based on the globally recognized PMI's PMBOK, IPMA's ICB, the "Chinese Project Management Knowledge System Guide" developed by the China Project Management Research Committee, and the "Project Management Quality Standard ISO10006" formulated by the International Organization for Standardization. It also references the project management knowledge systems of other countries such as the United Kingdom, Japan, Russia, and India. Considering the development level of project management in China and looking ahead to the future, the series was compiled. The complete series consists of "The 21st Century Project Management Tutorial," "Project Management Practical Handbook," "Chinese and Foreign Project Management Cases," and "Project Management Dictionary." They can be used together or independently.
