Features: This book is a Qing Dynasty novel. The first sixty chapters are from The Complete Tale of Hai Gong's Red Robe; chapters sixty-one to one hundred and two are from The Complete Tale of Hai Gong's Little Red Robe. It is preserved in the edition published by Wen De Tang in Xiamen in the 12th year of Daoguang (1832), the Renchen year. It narrates the life story of Hai Rui, an incorruptible and fearless Qing Dynasty official. The person and deeds of Hai Rui are recorded in the Ming Shi (History of the Ming Dynasty), and he is a famous incorruptible official in history, known as the "Southern Bao Gong." The writing style of this book is rough, and the plot is far from historical facts.
