This dictionary includes over 12,000 entries. The sources of the words cover publicly published books, newspapers, magazines, as well as television broadcasts, online news, and electronic magazines. The time span extends from 1949 to July 2004. The range of selected word materials spans various fields, including politics, military, economy, finance, culture, education, science and technology, law, medical and health, environment, sports, and all aspects of social life. The types of words include single words, phrases, abbreviations, idiomatic expressions, and popular slang.
