Features: This is a bilingual reading series specifically designed for true English beginners. As everyone knows, reading is crucial for language learning, and the "New English Curriculum Standards" also emphasize extracurricular reading as an important part of English education. Especially for English beginners, cultivating reading interest and laying a foundation for future reading is particularly important. However, the difficulty of English in many bilingual books often makes young readers lose interest in English reading right at the start, turning the "bilingual" aspect into a deaf ear for English. This series, "Little Bookworm Children's English Paradise," is a bilingual reading book compiled specifically for young English learners. Each piece here has been carefully selected by the compiler from English teaching materials and extracurricular reading materials for non-English-speaking beginners in English-speaking countries. The compilers and American experts have also made some adjustments to certain passages, ensuring that they remain authentic in English while catering to the needs of Chinese learners. The greatest features of this series are:
1. Low starting point, no reading barriers. Beginners only need to master about 100 words to read without a dictionary, with the help of annotations. Young readers can develop interest and confidence in learning English through the success of English reading.
2. Repetition and gradual progression. The same sentence patterns and words are repeated throughout the stories, allowing young readers to reinforce them while enjoying the plot, making English learning feel like effortlessly climbing an escalator.
3. Classic stories,. Each selected passage is short, concise, and profound, either witty and humorous or inspiring.
4. Each book comes with a VCD. Katelynn J. Houseal, a young girl from the United States, and Samuel J. Houseal, her uncle, will provide authentic American English narration, guiding you through the "Little Bookworm Children's English Paradise." We will also share the joy of English reading with readers through this series!
