Features: In this series of "Foreigners," this book "The Vietnamese" might be the one that is least like a foreigner. In recent years, with the development of China-Vietnam relations and the opening of Vietnam's doors, an increasing number of Chinese people have traveled, conducted business, and engaged in cultural exchanges in Vietnam; at the same time, more and more Vietnamese people have come to China. Both sides need to understand each other. Only by knowing more can we understand deeper. With this purpose in mind, we accepted an invitation from Sanqin Publishing House to write this book. For us, the process of collecting materials and writing was also one of understanding and researching this country. The publisher asked us to describe the personality of Vietnamese people from multiple perspectives, explore their national character and ethnicity, and to write in a "fluent, vivid, and light-hearted" style. Therefore, from the beginning, we emphasized the knowledge, interest, and readability of this book, striving to make it as accurate and reliable as possible while remaining easy to understand. At the same time, we selected some images that reflect the life and natural scenery of the Vietnamese people, making this book a visual feast that allows readers to more intuitively recognize and understand the Vietnamese people.
