Features: The China Fisheries Yearbook is supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture and compiled under the leadership of the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture. The Fisheries Yearbook Editorial Office of China Agricultural Press is responsible for editing and publishing it. This yearbook is an authoritative reference tool that reflects the annual basic situation of China's fisheries, published annually. All the data in this yearbook are up to the end of 2002. The yearbook's articles are mainly written by administrators and professional technical personnel from various levels of fisheries administrative bodies, enterprises, institutions, scientific research units, and aquatic schools. The editorial office of the China Fisheries Yearbook is responsible for editing, revising, or cutting the manuscripts. After approval by the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, the articles are published. Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and planned single-city municipalities are arranged in the order of the national administrative divisions. All types of data and statistics do not include Taiwan Province and the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions.
