Marxism is a truth system for understanding the world, composed of a series of basic principles. It is a scientific worldview and methodology, as well as a scientific path for human understanding of the world. Only by adhering to the guidance of Marxism and maintaining its legal perspective can a scientific legal system be established.
Law is subordinate to state doctrine and is closely related to the interests of the ruling class, second only to the fundamental issues in economics. Historically, it has been used by the exploited class to create the illusion of fairness and justice, to defend social property rights, to justify the existence of exploitation, and to defend the oppressive order of capitalism. It is impossible to expect them to present a scientific viewpoint with impartiality.
To make law a science, one should study law in the same way as Marx did, adhere to the basic principles of Marxism on law, connect them with Marxist state doctrine, critically inherit and learn from all beneficial legal cultural achievements from ancient and modern times, both at home and abroad, to reach the truth of scientific law.
