Features: This textbook is revised based on Physical Chemistry Experiments (Second Edition), retaining the original features while selecting, refining, and adjusting the experiments. The book is divided into five parts: Introduction, Experiments, Instruments, Techniques, and Appendices, containing 33 experiments, 14 instrument introductions, and 8 experimental techniques. It is concise, highlights key points, and includes "Commentary and Inspiration, Questions for Reflection" for each experiment to enhance students' innovative abilities. Reference data for various physical chemistry experiments are provided at the end of the book. This book is suitable as a teaching material for physical chemistry experiments in chemistry programs at universities and can also be used as a reference for related fields. It is a higher vocational and technical education planning textbook approved by the Ministry of Education, revised based on the Basic Requirements for Physical Chemistry Course Teaching in Higher Vocational and Technical Education, organized by the Ministry of Education in 1999, on the foundation of the edition by Huang Hanping and others. The main content includes: methods for processing physical chemistry experimental data and an introduction to common calculation programs; the use of instruments and basic experimental techniques for measurements related to temperature, pressure, photochemistry, and electrochemistry; 21 experiments covering chemical thermodynamics, chemical kinetics, electrochemistry, interfacial phenomena, and colloidal dispersion systems; and methods for accessing physical chemistry literature and some commonly used physical chemistry standard data. According to the National Standard of the People's Republic of China (Quantities and Units), the names, symbols, and units of all physical quantities mentioned in the book have been uniformly updated. This book is suitable for use in higher vocational and technical schools in chemical engineering, light industry, metallurgy, textiles, pharmaceuticals, materials, and related fields, as well as for reference by personnel working in chemistry laboratories.
