Animal Farm

Author: (English) Orwell / Fu Weici
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2005-01-01
Features: A unpleasant history, whether it happened in this country or another, has ultimately passed. But if many readers can find it in the book, these events will continue to linger in people's memories, serving as a warning, urging us not to repeat mistakes on the path of revolution. Animal Farm has nothing to do with Chinese affairs, which is self-evident. Since it is unrelated to China, it is needless to say that the author wrote this story based on some events that occurred during the Stalinist era in the Soviet Union. Animal Farm tells precisely a process of revolutionary alienation, alerting people to prevent totalitarianism from emerging under the name of revolution. The time when this book was written coincided with the defeat of German fascism by the Allies, and people's memories of Hitler's various crimes were still fresh.
