Features: There are many types of exercise. Yoga and stretching therapy primarily focus on joint stretching; activities like walking, jogging, swimming, and other aerobic exercises mainly aim to build endurance and strengthen the body. The "Vitality Exercise" introduced in this book focuses on simple muscle strength training, emphasizing the movement of all muscles in the body. Muscle strength training not only strengthens muscles but also simultaneously strengthens bones, improves joints, eliminates fatigue, and boosts energy. This is because each muscle is directly connected to the bones, and during exercise, both bones and joints are stimulated. The training method of "Vitality Exercise" involves exercising the same muscles with the same method every day, which helps burn fat within the muscles, tighten the muscles, and enhance endurance and persistence. This exercise method is highly suitable for women who are dieting and want to return to a youthful state, as well as middle-aged and elderly friends. Each chapter in this book is organized in the order of "Standing Vitality Exercise" → "Sitting Vitality Exercise" → "Lying Vitality Exercise." In other words, each chapter has an "exercise menu," allowing you to progress from one exercise to the next until you complete your daily task. The entire process takes about half an hour. If you can't spare the full time, you can divide it into two parts. Completing 4 or 5 exercises only takes 15 minutes, and the remaining part can be done the next day. For busy people who can't even spare 15 minutes a day, just 5 minutes before bed are enough to do 2-3 exercises. In your favorite chapter, start with and exercise two items in order each time. As long as you can spare 5 minutes a day, you can gradually complete the exercises in order. Often, without realizing it, half or even the entire chapter is completed in a day. Please try it happily!
