So, gender differences have caused their workplace crisis. They want everything! Is this the woman of today? Researching biases against women would be difficult to start with a blank sheet, because even if you free yourself from the vast amount of biases against women, you will still be overwhelmed. This pile of biases is confusing. The emergence of these biases cannot be simply attributed to them involving more than half of the population, because a quick public opinion poll on men would not yield the same result. These biases are profound in meaning but expressed simply, often crude, and often serve as material for cartoons, reflecting the long-standing superficial view of women. Most of these biases are spread as religious or naturalistic arguments by men or public opinion long controlled by men. Naturalists in our society have ranked the roles, abilities, and power of people according to gender. Biases against women have reinforced these boundaries. As long as you delve deeper into these biases, you will be shocked by their rigorous logic. This book discusses these biases from four different perspectives, which resonate with each other and outline the norms that women's lives should follow. Broadly speaking, this norm is a political program that has been smoothly implemented in society. Biases are the same, because the aging of one bias gives rise to a new bias that incorporates the old bias. In this way, a long-standing patriarchal or woman-demeaning system has emerged. For half a century, although the tone has changed due to the influence of new biases reflecting the changes in women's daily lives and opposing conventions, it still dominates. The persistence of these biases, regardless of their targets, is determined by their nature. However, these biases are also difficult to accept changes in women's lives and gender relationships. We know that biases are "biases" precisely because they refuse to accept these changes and cling to certain notions about women.
