Features: The Eight Immortals chase to the outside of the Crystal Palace. Li Tieguai summons the magic gourd and sprays Samadhi True Fire towards the Crystal Palace, shouting loudly to demand the Dragon King return the flower basket and sword immediately. Seeing the Prince return injured and the Eight Immortals burning the Dragon Palace, the Dragon King is frantic. Just as he is about to return the treasures, the Prime Minister of Turtles offers a plan: "Your Majesty, Princess Three has a magical Jiao Xiu Silk Handkerchief that can dispel Samadhi True Fire. Why not send her into battle to repel the enemy." The Dragon King agrees and orders his third daughter to the throne.
The Dragoness ascends the throne and meets the Dragon King. Hearing that the Eight Immortals are provoking trouble and seeing the blazing fire outside the palace, she believes it to be true. She raises the Jiao Xiu Silk Handkerchief to dispel the true fire and leads her troops out of the palace to fight the Eight Immortals.
The Eight Immortals are observing the movements within the Dragon Palace when they suddenly see a green handkerchief hanging high above the palace gate, shimmering with cold light. The true fire from the gourd gradually dims, revealing that the Dragoness has raised the Jiao Xiu Silk Handkerchief. Old Li becomes furious, shakes the gourd, and prepares to set fire again. Zhang Guolao quickly intervenes, saying, "Now that the fire cannot enter the Dragon Palace, we fear it may boil the sea, causing innocent fish to suffer. Let us retrieve the true fire and wait for the Dragoness to bring her father to return the treasures. She is a woman of great sense of justice. We can surround her and persuade her to convince her father to return the treasures."
The other immortals agree. The Dragoness indeeds her handkerchief and leads her aquatic troops in a grand charge towards the Eight Immortals. Upon seeing them, she attacks without a word. Cao Guogou strikes the sandboard, and the rhythmic sounds make the shrimp and crab soldiers dizzy. The Dragoness feels unbearable headaches.
In desperation, the Dragoness throws the Jiao Xiu Silk Handkerchief, which glows with cold light, blinding everyone. Seeing this, He Xiangguo exclaims, "Here she comes!" and throws a leaf of green lotus, enormous in size, which flies towards the handkerchief and captures it. The Dragoness, realizing her handkerchief has been taken, cries, "This is bad!" and flees in panic. However, no matter how she runs, the Eight Immortals block her path, forcing her to flee southward.
She reaches a desolate sea corner with jagged rocks. Looking back, she sees only the Prime Minister of Turtles following behind. Suddenly, a mournful flute melody drifts down from the sky, weeping and lamenting. The Dragoness trembles all over and feels weak in her limbs. The Prime Minister of Turtles becomes drowsy and falls asleep on the ground.
The Dragoness is puzzled when she hears laughter echoing from above.
