Therefore, in this part, we introduce the concepts of companies and their basic concepts. As the main subject of economic activities, a company is a typical legal entity organization. How a company obtains legal personality, what powers a company has after obtaining legal personality, and how a company legally exits the market when it terminates—these issues constitute the main content of the second part of this book. The establishment and operation of a company are inseparable from the support of capital. How is the capital of a company formed, what are the requirements for shareholders' contributions, what rights and obligations do shareholders have towards the company, can the company's capital be increased or decreased, how are company bonds issued and traded, and what conditions and procedures must be met for company divisions and mergers—these are explained in the third part of this book. For a company to achieve effective governance, it must formulate a company charter and establish company organs. The content of the company charter, the rules for formulating and amending the company charter, the composition and allocation of rights and responsibilities of company organs—these are the core of the fourth part.
