Features: Our world is actually supported by countless fulcrums in different positions, each a great fulcrum, irreplaceable—except by ourselves. Life is an open sky; as long as you dare to spread your wings, you can soar high. As this comic series on life philosophy comes to publication, there are many words to say. But thinking that high context is "all in the eye of the beholder," it's best not to speak; yet again, silence seems inappropriate. After much deliberation, I record these thoughts here as my current wishes to express.
One: In this world, there is nothing that makes you tear your eyes bloodshot, aching in the back and waist, yet you rejoice? You pour your heart into it without corresponding rewards, yet you care not at all? You even dedicate many of the best years of your life to it without a trace of regret? The answer is yes. This thing is not someone else's but what is commonly called "interest"—many of our blameless choices can be found in "interest."
Two: Among composers, some often write without drafts, creating effortlessly at will. But every one of Beethoven's works is the result of painstaking effort. Beethoven's pockets were always stuffed with draft paper, carrying them with him everywhere, at home or out. Whenever inspiration struck, he recorded every note without fail. If he was not satisfied, he would rewrite it, but he would never give up halfway. Many of our brilliant ideas do not come all at once but are often scattered across different times and places. With care, we can connect them one by one, creating immortal works.
Three: When you stroll down a beautiful city street, feeling at ease with the clean and bright scenery before you, have you ever thought about the countless crisscrossing pipelines beneath your feet, working diligently? It is they who support the prosperity and beauty of our city. As you journey through life, stepping onto one after another of life's podiums, have you ever thought about the many people wiping sweat from their faces beneath the foundation of your platform? Among them are your parents, loved ones, teachers, friends, and colleagues. It is because of their strong support that you have achieved one success after another. Do not forget those who have once helped you; without their backing behind the scenes, there would be no brilliance for you on stage.
A drop of water penetrates a stone.
