Features: Analyzing a company's economic activities is a crucial management activity that concerns the survival and development of the company. In practical work, many companies and individuals are required to analyze and research a company's production, operation, and financial status. In addition to the management needs of the company itself, entities and individuals with vested interests in the company, such as investors, creditors, internal employees, government and social supervision agencies, key customers, and other members of the public, all demand to disclose information reflecting the company's management and financial activities to varying degrees. They analyze and study this information from their own perspectives to make informed decisions. Through long-term work experience, from the perspective of a supervisor, I deeply feel that many companies engage excessively in superficial economic activity analysis, while few truly leverage its effectiveness. Many companies, even listed ones, show insufficient understanding of how to conduct effective economic activity analysis. Even when such analysis is conducted, the results are often not significant. From a timeliness perspective, economic activity analysis serves as a guide for company management to achieve "effective governance." Through in-depth research on relevant domestic and international works and surveys conducted by joint accounting firms on more than ten large domestic group companies and enterprises of different types, building on existing research findings and survey results, I spent over a year completing my research plan.
