Features: To facilitate the law enforcement work of public security officers and support their professional learning and training, as well as to help the general public understand, comply with, and monitor the law enforcement activities of public security officers, we have organized and compiled various legal documents involved in the law enforcement process of public security officers into this series of "Public Security Officer Law Enforcement Manuals." This series consists of five books. "Common Legal References" collects frequently used legal documents in the law enforcement process of public security officers; "Public Order Management," "Fire Management," "Traffic Management," and "Criminal Cases" include various legal documents needed by public security officers when carrying out law enforcement activities in these respective fields. The legal documents included in this series comply with the recently issued notice from the Ministry of Public Security regarding the retention, revision, and abolition of departmental rules and regulatory documents, and are all currently effective. It should be noted that this series includes some legal documents that the Ministry of Public Security has decided to revise but have not yet been revised (already noted under the corresponding legal documents). The Ministry of Public Security will promptly study and revise these legal documents. Readers are advised to pay attention.
