Features: Since elementary school, we have been writing essays. Some feel as if they are facing a major challenge, while others enjoy it. How to overcome the difficulties of writing is a concern for all students. In fact, there are various methods and approaches to writing good essays, and everyone can choose based on their own situation and interests. However, one path is certain—it must begin with reading and imitation. Imitation is the foundation of innovation. Read widely, imitate famous works, and also take a look at the various excellent essays written by peers. Learn from others' strengths and improve your own weaknesses. Moreover, the latter often provides more targeted and constructive feedback. This book is divided into two volumes: High School and Junior High. Each volume is organized into three parts based on the genres of narrative essays, argumentative essays, and expository essays. Each part is further divided into several thematic sections, making the content clear, fresh in perspective, and easy to find. In the High School volume, we have also specially included the top-scoring essays from the college entrance exams between 1995 and 2004, providing students preparing for the exam with a comprehensive overview of past exam essay topics, insights into the criteria for evaluating excellent essays, and encouragement for their preparation. We hope and believe that all students who read these two books will recognize our efforts and benefit greatly from them.
