The collaboration between the Science and Education Channel and Shanghai Science and Technology Literature Press embodies these emphases, particularly reflecting our cultural initiatives and aspirations, as well as our cooperative philosophy.
Launched in July 2001, the CCTV Science and Education Channel emerged alongside the implementation of the "Science and Education to Revitalize China" strategy. Over the past three years, the channel has organized numerous large-scale, theme-focused series programs and special broadcasts, establishing a distinctive channel identity. The "Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Action" brand has also garnered widespread acclaim in society.
Colleagues from Shanghai Science and Technology Literature Press have consistently monitored the growth of the Science and Education Channel, paying close attention to its content. Through diligent efforts, they have transformed fleeting television programs into readable texts and visually detailed images, making the dissemination of science, culture, and art knowledge multidimensional, in-depth, and comprehensive. Thus, from a cultural perspective, the collaboration between the two parties can be considered a great virtue.
The Science and Education Channel serves as a vital platform for CCTV to promote the "Science and Education to Revitalize China" strategy and as a window showcasing outstanding domestic and international science and education programs. We hope to build on this foundation to expand our cooperation in the future, making it larger in scale, higher in standard, and more influential. As members of the national cultural cause, we can leverage each other's strengths to achieve mutual development and ultimately grow our endeavors into something greater and stronger.
