Features: As one of the authors of this book, I intentionally wrote a book titled "Code of Integrity for Corporate Employees" because of some insights I gained while working as the Training Manager for Fenghuo Management Consulting. Many companies merely treat the requirement of "integrity" as a slogan rather than a behavioral guideline. In my communication with employees from these companies, I regretfully found that their understanding of the "integrity" emphasized by the company remained at a superficial level. When I shared this idea with the other author of the book, Mr. Paul Jason, and explained the current state of Chinese companies in this regard, I immediately received his strong support and enthusiastic feedback. That's how I co-authored this book with Paul Jason. When naming the book, Paul Jason asked me if I had heard the story of "The King Distributing Seeds to Select Talent, Where Only the Honest Child Succeeded." I happily replied, "Yes, I heard it when I was very young. I believe many Chinese readers are familiar with this story." Paul Jason humorously said, "Then let's distribute seeds together like the king!" And that's how the book "Seeds of Integrity" came to be. Sincerely hope this book will be helpful to you. The talent that modern companies seek should possess two key characteristics: one is "intelligence," meaning high IQ and EQ; the other is "effort," meaning a willingness to do their best to become top talents. However, without "integrity" as the foundation for these abilities, talent is no longer truly talent. What does integrity entail? Integrity means actively achieving the company's business goals, prioritizing the company's interests, adhering to the company's operational principles, and cherishing the company's resources and information security. In short, it means conducting oneself according to the company's business standards. Integrity means strictly fulfilling the company's commitments, avoiding corporate risks, and actively improving the company's products and services. In summary, this book provides a thorough explanation of the essence of "integrity," which is fundamental to both the company and the individual.
