Features: The attention to detail among the Chinese people can truly be described as "suddenly, like a spring breeze, a thousand trees blossomed like pear blossoms." Especially in the field of enterprise management, detail management has become a slogan that resonates across the nation. Some management publications refer to the current era as the "Age of Detail Management." The trend of thought is the echo of the times. Focusing on details is the result of a profound reflection on the national character of our Chinese nation. Our nation possesses many excellent qualities, but we must also acknowledge our shortcomings. Compared to the precision of Japan and South Korea, we must reflect on our habit of overlooking details, our lack of precision and meticulousness in our work. Details are everywhere, and they are so important, but there are relatively few books and articles that discuss the significance of details, while those exploring how to achieve detail management are still scarce. Against this backdrop, we have written this book.
