Features: Case inspection is an important part of the Party's disciplinary inspection work, and the standardization and institutionalization of case inspection work are inevitable requirements for the Party's disciplinary inspection work. With the publication and widespread use of "Common Formats for Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Documents" and "Writing and Application of Supervisory Documents," the standardization of case inspection documents has become increasingly urgent. To this end, we organized relevant units from the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection involved in case inspection to compile this book, "Writing and Application of Case Inspection Documents," to fill this gap in the work. Considering the current practice of integrated offices for disciplinary inspection and supervision, the case inspection documents described in this book focus primarily on disciplinary inspection documents. Case inspection documents serve as the carrier for the operation of the entire case inspection process and the written records of the case inspection process. Well-composed and produced case inspection documents can accurately and objectively record and reflect the overall picture of case inspection work. Since the case inspection departments of Party disciplinary inspection organs undertake a large amount of document production work during case inspections, and a considerable number of these documents are produced on behalf of the organization, it is essential that the documents meet the following quality standards: clear facts, solid evidence, accurate classification, appropriate handling, complete procedures, and legal procedures, ensuring the comprehensive quality of case inspection work and, to some extent, reflecting the case handling level of disciplinary inspection and supervision organs at all levels. The authors of this book have rich experience in case inspection work, are diligent in accumulating knowledge, good at thinking, and courageous in researching and summarizing, laying a solid foundation for writing this book. In terms of compilation, the book categorizes similar content and provides separate descriptions for preliminary verification documents, case establishment documents, case investigation documents, request and reply documents, case inspection measures documents, and post-case inspection documents, introducing a total of 27 types of case inspection documents.
