Features: This textbook is strictly compiled according to the new teaching of the Higher Education Administration. Based on the fact that past legal foundation textbooks were highly theoretical and somewhat dry, making them less suitable for students from non-law backgrounds, this textbook completely redefines the writing style of traditional legal foundation textbooks. Its some abstract legal theories and incorporates many vivid and interesting daily-life examples. For instance, when discussing civil tort liability, it provides the following example: "A man named A was walking his dog when a pig suddenly appeared in front of him. The dog, curious about the pig, chased after it. The pig, in turn, ran frantically and accidentally knocked over an elderly lady on the road, causing her to break her bones." This is a very vivid and engaging example, which is also the greatest feature of this textbook. Our effort is to make the once-dull legal foundation course more dynamic, encouraging students to enjoy learning and achieving the goal of "teaching through enjoyment."
