Intellectual property coordinated protection strategy

Features: Research papers on intellectual property often have a strong timeliness, and it is generally difficult to expect that papers published several years ago will still hold significant value now or in the future. For someone like me who primarily engages in applied research, this is especially true. However, leaving a trace of one's efforts might help future researchers avoid unnecessary detours. Encouraged by the editor Lu Haiying of the Intellectual Property Press, the author has selected some representative papers from the past 15 years (with a few exceptions) and compiled them into this collection with slight categorization. It should be noted that most of these papers originated from research projects funded by the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Fund, the National Natural Science Foundation, and other institutions, and were marked accordingly upon publication. A few additional points need special clarification:
1. All references to legal regulations, clauses, and provisions cited in the text are based on the relevant circumstances at the time of the paper's publication.
2. Any authors not specifically mentioned are the result of independent creation by the author.
3. Some papers had their submission annotations removed due to space constraints or other reasons in the publications where they were published, or the annotations were not standardized due to the author's responsibility. It is now difficult to correct them one by one, and the author sincerely apologizes for this.
This book explores the current situation of intellectual property loss in various fields such as trademarks and patents in China's efforts to protect intellectual property, and proposes strategic coordination and protection measures to prevent such loss. It also discusses the current status and protection strategies for intellectual property in areas such as genetics and genetic resources.
Target Audience: Business professionals, intellectual property managers in various departments, and all readers concerned with intellectual property protection.
