Features: The more time a company spends in operation, the more problems it encounters. These problems are often intertwined with corporate culture, organizational structure, human resources, and other fundamental issues. Sometimes, on the surface, they may appear to be other issues, such as the failure to implement systems, weak employee sense of belonging, or the inability to improve production quality. However, upon careful examination of the root causes, it can always be found that the problems ultimately stem from the aforementioned essential issues. Simply identifying the symptoms of a problem does not make one a doctor. A doctor should also be able to prescribe solutions. I aspire to be a doctor for businesses, so when summarizing corporate problems, I strive to find methods to address them and discover prescriptions that can help companies develop normally and sustainably. This goal may seem ambitious and a bit over-the-top, but I am truly committed to working hard toward it.
In general, strategy involves considering issues from the perspective of long-term organizational development, focusing on the ultimate or final outcomes. On a smaller scale, strategy refers to guiding the organization in how to identify problems and how to seek solutions. Tactics, on the other hand, are specific countermeasures or solutions formulated to address particular problems. Strategic errors can lead to complete failure. This book explores the content of internal strategy.
