Because no one can succeed effortlessly. To attain great achievements in one's career and reach the beautiful dreams in one's heart, without a bit of effort and weathering storms, even if success is achieved, it will not be cherished. Success that comes easily is often just a flower brought by luck, which withers easily. What we pursue is eternal success, and this requires us to work hard and put in more effort than ordinary people to forge it. In this book, we summarize the golden rules of success into seven aspects and metaphorically call them the "Seven Gates." We find that to achieve eternal success, one must break through certain obstacles, form certain concepts, cultivate certain qualities, develop certain habits, and take active action to accomplish brilliant achievements. To succeed, we need to pass through the gates of success, with the word "Believe" inscribed on the first gate. The greatest obstacle to our success is also the biggest obstacle—the lack of belief. To succeed, one must believe in oneself wholeheartedly that success is achievable. What you desire, you may have the chance to achieve. The stronger your confidence, the stronger your ability. Confidence and courage are two sharp tools on the road of life; the more you use courage, the more confident you will become. Luck is reserved for those who do not believe in their ability to turn their dreams into reality, while successful people create their own luck. After passing the first gate of "Believe," we urgently need to break through the second gate of success—"Being a Person." Success in doing anything comes before success in being a person. Before doing anything, one must first learn how to be a person. If one fails in being a person, success is temporary; if one succeeds in being a person, even temporary failure is acceptable. A person's character is their own backbone. Those who win the hearts of others win the world. Before success, one must possess charisma. Losing money is nothing; losing friends means losing a part; losing trust means losing everything. The third gate of success is "Learning." Competition in the 21st century lies in learning and the mastery of time. Goals are the to success, while learning is the accelerator. The 21st century does not compete in academic degrees, wealth, or ability—it competes in learning ability. One can be without a diploma but never without culture. If one wants to change their destiny, they must first change their mindset; to change their mindset, they must first strengthen their learning. Those armed with knowledge are invincible. "Concepts" are the fourth gate to be passed on the road to success. Countless experiences of success or failure have proven that billions of wealth cannot buy a good concept, but a good concept can make you earn billions of wealth. Often, success or failure in life depends on a single thought. To change one's destiny, one must first change their concept. The gap between poverty and wealth lies in different concepts. Many times, it is not that we lack good opportunities, but that we lack good concepts. Usually, what you think determines the life you live and the future you have. After cultivating "Concepts," we also need to possess basic qualities, which is the fifth gate to success. A person's qualities are very important because they rely on self-cultivation and accumulate over time to form. Good qualities make us have a certain standing, while poor qualities make us live carelessly; good qualities make us, while poor qualities make us settle for less; good qualities make us pursue our dreams, while poor qualities make us abandon our beautiful future. Without good qualities, even if we achieve certain success, it will only be a castle in the air. If one wants to succeed, they must rely on three powers: talent power, economic power, and moral power, with moral power being the important power. After passing the above paths, "Action" becomes crucial. Many times, people do not listen to what you say but what you do. Action leads to success. Without action, even the best ideas and opportunities cannot create success. As long as you take action, you have a 50% chance of success. Success is not as difficult to achieve as imagined—it often only requires us to improve a little bit every day. Move forward one step every day, and after three years, you will grow by a great step; after five years, you will reach success. Action must come first before growth, and growth must come before success. This is the sixth gate to success. Finally, we reach the seventh gate of success—"Habits." Habits determine destiny. Doing the same thing repeatedly forms habits, and the power of habits is terrifying. Habits are formed by repeatedly repeated thoughts and behaviors, and everyone is bound by habits. Good habits a lifetime, while bad habits a lifetime. Therefore, as long as we can grasp our thoughts and cultivate correct habits, we can master our destiny. Every person can cultivate good habits and remove bad ones. When we form good habits, habits will lead us to one glorious and beautiful place after another. When we enjoy the fruits of our hard labor, looking back, we will find that the seven gates we passed through were so magnificent and so worth remembering, and we will be grateful for having walked through them.
