Features: "Formulas," commonly known as prescriptions or recipes, are an important component of the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) diagnostic and therapeutic system. Clinically, the diagnostic and therapeutic approach is often summarized in four words: "Theory, Method, Formula, and Medicine." Among these, "Theory" refers to the theory of TCM, serving as the guiding principle that permeates the entire process of "Method, Formula, and Medicine." The character "Formula" specifically refers to the formulas themselves. In the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the completion of "Method, Formula, and Medicine" must be guided by TCM theory, closely combined with clinical four diagnostic methods and related data. Through syndrome differentiation, method establishment, formula selection, and medicine selection, comprehensive consideration, integrated analysis, and thorough deliberation must be undertaken before the final formulation of the "Formula" can be completed. This book collects over 200 commonly used formulas from predecessors, combined with dozens of personal experience formulas, and is divided into ten chapters. The first chapter discusses the issues to be noted when using clinical formulas; the second chapter covers formulas for regulating qi, managing blood, and nourishing; the third chapter discusses dispersing, harmonizing, and treating interior-exterior patterns with formulas; the fourth chapter covers formulas for expelling wind, dispelling cold, and clearing heat; etc. The fifth chapter discusses clearing fire, resolving summer heat, and moisturizing dryness with formulas; the sixth chapter discusses eliminating phlegm, promoting digestion, and using purgative formulas; the seventh chapter discusses inducing vomiting, consolidating, and killing parasites with formulas; the eighth chapter discusses heavying, detoxification, and anticancer formulas; the ninth chapter covers commonly used formulas in gynecology and pediatrics; and the tenth chapter introduces some of my personal experience formulas.
