Features: The inaugural launch ceremony of "Art Perspectives," jointly organized by the Art Service Center of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China and the China International Research Association of Fine Art, along with the 2004 National Invitational Exhibition of 100 Chinese Painting Works, was recently held at the Yan Huang Art Museum in Beijing, China.
