Features: The research on the cultural process of language education includes two fundamental aspects. First, it explores the essence, characteristics, and laws of the cultural process of language education from the perspective of cultural theory, i.e., it explains the function of the cultural process of language education and its relationship with human development from a macro perspective, as well as the cultural process of language education and its care for personality development and the growth of life. This breaks the long-standing limitation of being confined to the language-based perspective, viewing language education as mere language training, and establishes a new theoretical framework for language education centered on the development and wholeness of the individual. Second, it verifies and develops the theoretical hypothesis and basic propositions of "language education is a cultural process" through teaching experiments, constructs an operational model of the cultural process of language education, enriches the cultural connotation of language education, highlights the cultural spirit of language education, breaks through the narrow perspective of the "skill training theory" in language education, revitalizes the life force of language education, and makes the process of language education a cultural process that nurtures human nature and promotes the overall development of individuals in society.
