Features: The series books of the "Management Expert Hall" have almost become a fashionable journal in the field of management consulting. I always buy every book to read, and I am very grateful for turning dry theories into practical methodologies and case studies. It is a set of excellent books worth reading. The integration of concepts, tools, methods, and safety is a distinctive feature of this series of management practice books: the advanced concepts, practical methods, and innovative application of tools reflect their significant value. As the first comprehensive series in China introducing Chinese management consultants' thoughts and consulting achievements, we expect it to fully embody the characteristics of originality. Many previous series on management thoughts and consulting achievements published in China were mere imitations or reproductions of Western management masters or theories, with little that was uniquely Chinese. Books that creatively invented, originated, and systematically elaborated on their own ideas were even rarer. We believe the publication of this series can help fill some of the gaps in thought and academia within China's management consulting field. All the new ideas and methodologies in this series have been summarized from our long-term management consulting practice and have been continuously applied, practiced, and tested by many enterprises. We believe that the management ideas proposed by our Chinese consultants can also shine with the brilliance of wisdom. At the same time, this series also has the characteristic of teamwork. Many ideas and sparks of wisdom in the books were through countless exchanges, communications, and collaborative efforts within our consulting team, making it a product of collective wisdom. Although the expression styles of each book may vary due to different content and authors, their ideological threads and management concepts remain completely consistent.
